This week is going to be crucial for our future and the future of the EU. Tuesday the Eurogroup will discuss the anti-crisis measures and a digital EU summit may follow. Now is the time: In order to face the COVID19 epidemic in Europe, Europe must act together.
We need you to send a message to European Governments!
Join us to ask more solidarity tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th, starting exactly at 10 am.
Take a picture of yourself using your hands to draw a heart and post it on your favourite social media writing “Solidarity is the #HeartoftheEU” with the link to our petition www.weareinthistogether.eu
Ask your friends and followers to share and like the picture and to send out the same message.
We call for a new effort of European solidarity. This effort needs to include new common measures, such as common European Health Bonds with a clear and defined common objective, an integrated action plan for sustainable economic development, integrating the green transition and the digital transformation, a full financial shield for the euro countries, and a new approach to the European Stability Mechanism.
We call upon your support to spread this message publicly and widely in advance of what might well be the most important meetings of our time.
Let’s bring back the EU to its original purpose: mutual support and a common future.
